Does every eligible e-bike order receive an Anniversary Gift Set?

No. Only 800 sets exist worldwide. Eligible orders receive one on a first-come, first-served basis while the shared order allocation remains.

I’ve bought from Cyrusher E-Bike before. Am I included in the anniversary celebration?

Absolutely. Cyrusher’s 12th Anniversary is not only for new riders — it is also our way of saying thank you to the riders who have been part of the journey with us.

Eligible returning customers will receive a personal one-time anniversary reward code by email. Please check the inbox connected to your previous Cyrusher order and use the same email address or account when ordering.

Returning rider codes are for individual use, valid during the anniversary campaign, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If you believe you are eligible but have not received your code, please contact our support team with the email address used for your previous order.

Do I need to buy an e-bike to take part?

No purchase is required for the regional Gift Set Giveaway. A valid eligible e-bike order is required for order-based Gift Set eligibility and the Purchase Draw where permitted.

If I order more than one e-bike, do I get more entries and more Gift Sets?

Yes. Each eligible Cyrusher e-bike counts separately during the 12th Anniversary campaign.

For every eligible e-bike you purchase, you receive:

  • 1 entry into the Anniversary Purchase Draw
  • 1 limited 12th Anniversary Gift Set, while the shared global allocation lasts

For example, if you order two eligible e-bikes during the campaign, you receive two Purchase Draw entries and can receive two Anniversary Gift Sets, as long as Gift Sets are still available at the time of eligibility.

Gift Sets are available on a first-come, first-served basis across participating Cyrusher official stores. Once the 800 global Gift Sets have been claimed, additional e-bike orders will still enter the Purchase Draw but will no longer include a Gift Set.

Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible. If part of an order is cancelled or refunded, the number of draw entries and Gift Sets may be adjusted based on the final eligible e-bike quantity.

Can I combine anniversary discount codes?

No. Only one promotional code can be used per order unless the product page or checkout explicitly states otherwise.

When will the Anniversary Gift Set arrive?

The Gift Set may ship separately from your e-bike and may arrive later. Delivery timing varies by market and logistics conditions.

Are payment plans guaranteed?

No. Payment methods, instalment terms, approval and any interest depend on your country and the payment provider shown at checkout.
